About the Author
Ted Venetoulis has enjoyed a successful career in politics and the media. He served as a congressional assistant in Washington, worked on the campaign of John and Robert Kennedy, and was elected Baltimore County Executive, the nation’s 15th largest subdivision.
He has been a television analyst and political commentator for many years, anchoring the award winning Newsmagazine – Edition Eleven.
He continues to be active in public affairs, serving on the Board of Directors of the Columbia Bank, a Commissioner on the Maryland Port Authority, a member of Maryland’s Public Broadcasting Board, a Trustee of Goucher College, the publisher of local newspapers, and an active spokesman for the preservation of daily newspapers. He holds a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Public Affairs and International Relations and a Master’s Degree from American University in Government and Public Policy.
He is the author of two non-fiction books and has lectured at a number of universities, conferences and seminars.
Ted is married to Lynn Morrison Venetoulis and has three children – Teddie, Stelios and Daki. They live in Lutherville, Maryland with their dogs – Maddie and Brooks.
